Hardware DESIGN

At Lava Labs, we create custom hardware designs and prototypes based on our customers’ needs. We design and integrate both hardware and software into functional prototypes that can then be transformed into real products. We specialize in integrating sensor, audio devices, kids’ toys, battery technology, and the Internet of Things(IoT) devices. When it comes to electrical design, we use our own in-house software, called ProtoCap and ProtoLay, to draw schematics and configure the components of a circuit. We also work with existing designs from popular programs like Altium and Eagle.


To prototype professional circuits we use  state-of-the-art equipment.  Here are the machines we have available:

  • Instek GDS-820C 150 Mhz digital oscilloscope
